Through the Banksias
A small painting inspired by a walk through the banksia trees in Bouddi National Park on my recent roadtrip along the East Coast of Australia. In this piece I wanted to capture the feeling of being surrounded by coastal trees — the soft, dappled light, the earthy tones and textures, the beautiful organic shapes of the trees as their trunks snake and bend around the path…
This is the original painting and the only one of its kind.
